Being a member of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) is a vital and core aspect of the RTS company ethos. The test is in place for members only, in order to test and assess an agencies knowledge of the relevant industry legislation and the REC code of professional practise.
For the team at RTS, we base our entire recruitment process on the morals and codes set out by the REC in attempt to reinforce a positive and smooth process for both our employees and clients.
